Mental wellness refers to a state of psychological well-being in which an individual is able to effectively manage their emotions, cope with stress, maintain satisfying relationships, and make sound decisions. It encompasses various aspects of a person’s mental health and emotional resilience. Mental wellness is not merely the absence of mental illness; rather, it involves actively cultivating positive mental states and adopting healthy coping strategies to enhance overall quality of life.

Epic Workshops prides itself as a service provider with close to 5 years of working experience, delivering activity-based programmes that are guided by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to equip our communities with knowledge on what is mental well-being, importance of mental-wellbeing and tips on how to improve mental well-being through craft.
With the belief that engaging in creative activities and learning new skills through workshops can have positive effects on mental health and well-being in general, we are happy to provide the following services to engage our community and clients






















The Art of Mindfulness focuses on helping participants slow down, stay present, and fully engage with the creative process. Through simple and repetitive crafting actions, participants learn to concentrate on the moment while letting go of distractions and worries. These workshops encourage calmness, patience, and awareness through tactile and hands-on activities. By focusing on textures, colours, and movements, participants develop a deeper sense of mindfulness while creating something meaningful. Participants also gain a relaxing creative outlet they can return to whenever they need a mental reset.
