Once an order has been placed on the website, we will usually take within 1-3 business days to process and dispatch the order. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be processed the following business day (Monday). Should you require the order to be expedited within a certain timeframe, kindly let us know beforehand so that we can try to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time. Periodically, we do experience a high volume of orders during peak periods, and festive seasons. Do expect delays in your order and allow for additional days in transit for delivery. Please contact us via email or whatsapp for an estimated delivery date/time.
In-Store Pick Up
You may opt for in-store pick up to collect your items in our studio. To avoid any delays, kindly contact us at email@example.com or give us a call before coming down to pick up to ensure that the item(s) are ready for pickup. We are located at 37 Jalan Pemimpin, #03-10, Mapex Building, Singapore 577177.
We do offer international shipping. Kindly contact us directly for shipping information and charges as it varies from country to country.

Refunds, returns & exchanges (Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items)
We will do our due diligence to check all items before shipping. However, should there still be issues with regards to the order, kindly drop us a whatsapp us at (+65)8150 8866 within three days of delivery date for us to rectify the issues and redeliver the items to you as soon as possible. Do note that we would request for photos of the damaged, faulty or wrong items and should it deem fit, we will arrange for replacement accordingly.
