- Redemption of the voucher has to be done via email to [email protected] and 7 working days before the workshop date.
- The voucher has a 3 month validity period from the date of purchase. Strictly no refunds or exchange is allowed.

- Redemption timing is only from Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
